Management           Pamela Lithgow - Deputy Manager Pamela joined Wee Gems team in February 2008 as our JG2 supervisor. Pamela has been a qualified Nursery Nurse since June 1993 and has also completed other childcare qualification more recently. Pamela has lots of experience in childcare including managing nurseries previously.         Donna Sharp - Child Care Manager is also qualified to HNC level and has over 10 years experience. She joined Wee Gems in February 2006 and has made a huge impact on developing the nursery. Donna recently completed her SVQ4 in children's care learning and development and has since started the BA in childhood practice.
